These terms govern your use of the Ace the NCLEX mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

An NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN preparation app providing practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, an AI tutor, and related study features. The Service is for educational use only. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for professional nursing education, and not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or any state Board of Nursing.
If you subscribe to Pro and don't pass the NCLEX on your first attempt, we refund your subscription, subject to the eligibility criteria shown in the app (minimum measured study activity — see Me → Pass guarantee for current thresholds). Email us with your result letter or NCSBN Candidate Performance Report; once we confirm the criteria are met we issue the refund through Stripe directly. The guarantee covers the subscription payments made in the period leading up to that attempt, and is not retroactive to earlier attempts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.
All app content (questions, rationales, audio, design, code) is © Ace the NCLEX or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own NCLEX preparation. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., Ask Ace messages, profile data) but grant us a license to process it to deliver the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX, that our content is error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. The pass guarantee is a refund commitment, not a passing guarantee. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
We may update these terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
