Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Ace the NCLEX → Cancel Subscription. You can cancel any time during the 7-day free trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, cancelling stops the auto-renewal at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
Just sign in with the email you subscribed with. Your subscription is attached to your account, not to a device — signing in anywhere restores it, so there is nothing to restore manually.
If you put in the work with Pro (we track your activity — at least 100 hours studied, 1,500 questions answered, 3 completed mock CATs) and you still don't pass the NCLEX on your first attempt, we refund your subscription. Email guarantee@acethenclex.com with your result letter or NCSBN Candidate Performance Report attached. We reply within 48 hours and issue the refund through Stripe — it usually reaches your card within five working days.
